Chiller electrical services are no problem for our industrial electricians.

JDI Industrial’s electrical team plays an instrumental role in keeping machinery cool, efficient, and powered for 24/7 use at our client’s facility. Recently, our industrial electricians took on a chiller project that keeps their food products continuously productive.

This chiller project contains very complicated conduit runs across the facility in Pickens County, SC.

Our team ran conduit and wiring from three portable chillers and pumps, installed 100 AMP and 250 AMP power feeds, and high-voltage and low voltage disconnects.

• Provide Chiller Electrical Services to Three Portable Aggreko Chillers
• Install Three 250 AMP Power Feeds
• Run one 3″ EMT Conduit Approximately 300′
• Run four separate 300′ lines of #250 THHN and one run of #2THHN for each Chiller
• Install one 400 AMP Disconnect for each chiller
• Install three 100 AMP power feeds from the existing distribution panels to each exterior mounted chiller pump
• Run one 1.25″ EMT conduit for each chiller pump
• Pull four runs of 300′ #2 THHN and one 300′ run of #8 THHN for each chiller pump
• Install one 100 AMP disconnect for each chiller pump

Our industrial electricians made it possible for US Waffle to keep their delicious food products to stay on schedule. This chiller setup, while temporary, allows them to maintain safe temperature levels better than before.

Prior to these chillers being installed, the company had to allow their machinery more downtime. Now, they are able to run their waffle and other food product lines 24/7 with little to no downtime.
