This method is more precise and offers much greater detail. It is more expensive than punching but allows for shapes to be cut to very exact specifications.
This method is often used to produce similar, but more refined parts as punching (HVAC systems, retail fixtures, lighting systems, and electronics enclosures), as well as some others such as machine guarding and light parts.

We can cut without using water which produces better hole quality and cleaner cuts than typically possible.
Oxy-fuel cutting is ideal for thick, plain carbon steel and has a lower initial cost than plasma.
With our CNC Heavy Plate Processing equipment, we can drill holes up to 4” in diameter in a 6” plate. For larger diameters, we can use our plasma cutting tools.
