In 2023 we created a 5000 SF pre-engineered metal building to house this client’s new washing treatment system. To begin this job, we had to do a chiller move and reinstall the new concrete pad to be placed, both for the new building and the new chiller location. We did all the electrical with our in-house crew; electrical lighting, louvers, receptacles, and exit lighting.
JDI installed pinch beams and did demolition of portions of the wall between the new and old buildings to connect the two. We were also tasked to run new water supply and return lines for the new washer system.
Since completing this project we’ve received purchase orders to do a small expansion at their 2nd plant location in the Oconee area, as well as a canteen demo and renovation contract. Prior to this new work, we were tasked with preparing the site by demolishing a 160 ft. wall.
