JDI Industrial started out working for this client as a T&M contractor. The project which was initially a five-member crew doing demo, piping, and installation, grew into something much more.

Once the initial phase was complete, we were brought in on phase two when their GC requested us to price with a competitive bid. After the bidding process, and meeting all the welding and rigging certifications, we were awarded the $1.4 million structural project, which led to better support for a multi-million-dollar operation that had to maintain manufacturing efficiency.

JDI fabricated miscellaneous structural members, mezzanines, machine supports, and staircases that allowed the plant to expand and create a space for new manufacturing processes.

The JDI Field Superintendent led a 17-member crew on-site, from welders, crane ops, riggers, and skilled craft laborers to deliver the project on time and under budget.
