Welding
We perform multiple processes of certified welding on all kinds of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Plate Cutting
We have a high definition plasma table with a 5’ x 10’ cutting area. We can cut any shape or size up to 1.25” thick carbon steel, 3/4” thick stainless and 3/4” thick aluminum. Our equipment also includes an ironworker for cutting material to length and for punching holes and slots in material.
Saw Cutting
We perform saw cutting and mitering of all types of structural sections up to 18” tall x 22” wide on our vertical band saws.
Drill Press
Drilling, milling, reaming, and much more for those metal fabrication projects that require fastening points, anchoring holes, and all the in-betweens. JDI will deliver the specifications you need with our drill capabilities.
Coatings
When you need hot-dip galvanization, heat-resistant coatings like Belzona 1391T ceramic-filled epoxy, powder-coating, and much more, we can take care of you.
